We released an update on Hero at midnight, which included a new feature to better manage student records. Unfortunately, this failed to display the records for some students. Our team identified and corrected the issue at 10:30 am CT. We can confirm no data was lost and the issue has been fully resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
